About Us

Dr. Pekarev, a board-certified reconstructive surgeon, established this practice in July 2013 with a vision of combining excellence in care with accessibility for patients. Formerly known as MP Plastic Surgery, we have since rebranded as Thrive Reconstructive Surgery.

With a dedicated team of skilled professionals, Thrive Reconstructive Surgery has grown to serve more communities across Dallas–Fort Worth, including expanded locations in Plano and Denton—ensuring that more patients can receive high-quality care close to home.
