Over the years, we have successfully worked with many out-of-network plans. We will reach out to your insurance company for any necessary authorization and will work to ensure that you receive the highest level of benefit available to you. If you have an established PCP, we will request that you reach out to your PCP for the referral. We are available to assist with this process if needed. If you do not have a PCP, we have established relationships with PCPs who can assist quickly in initiating required referrals and authorizations.
Yes. We offer payment plans through CareCredit (carecredit.com).
We also offer in-house payment plans for prepayment of deductibles and coinsurance.
