What If We are Outside of Your Network?
Over the years, we have successfully worked with many out-of-network plans. We will reach out to your insurance plan for any necessary authorization and will work to ensure that you receive the highest level of benefit available to you. What Is the Process If a Primary Care Physician (PCP) Referral is Required?
If you have an established PCP, we will request that you reach out to your PCP for the referral. We are available to assist with this process if needed. If you do not have a PCP, we have established relationships with PCPs who can assist quickly in initiating required referrals and authorizations.
Do We Accept Payment Plans?
Yes. We offer payment plans through Care Credit (carecredit.com).
We also offer in-house payment plans for prepayment of deductibles and coinsurance.
